"Just Live With It"? A Chiropractor on Neuropathy | Dr. Ang Ribaste | Part 2 | S2E20
Been told your neuropathy is something you'll "just have to live with"? This one's for you.
Dr. Ang Ribaste of Prairie Village Chiropractic in Prairie Village, Kansas is back for Part 2 of our conversation, and this half gets practical. We talk peripheral neuropathy: what's actually happening in the body, how she uses the Neuropathy Rebuilder to re-educate nerves that have gone quiet, and where the honest line sits between real hope and overpromising. Then we finally give a full segment to the line she left us with last time: "You cannot be healthy and poison yourself." That means nutrition consultations, omega-3 to omega-6 testing, inflammation, and the "mental junk food" most of us never think about.
Missed Part 1? Go back for the brain-program deep dive and the toolbox tour (yes, including the adjustment through the nose). And her first episode has the TBI comeback story that started all of this.
This episode is for educational purposes and isn't medical advice. Talk with your own provider about your situation.

I have no way, like the only thing we have is hope. Right.
SPEAKER_02And I And there's science behind it too, right?
SPEAKER_01Oh, there's a ton of no, that's what I mean. Like we have to keep throwing things at it for sure, right? Like, because the body, the right combination, can the body heal itself? Well, it does. We cut, we heal. How do we figure out how to get this to work again?
SPEAKER_02Welcome back to Beyond Adjustments. Uh, if you're just joining, this is part two with Dr. Ann uh Rabasti of Prairie Village Chiropractic. Now, we're dressed the same, um, but this is a new episode. We just kept recording and we're just gonna give you guys this in chunks. So, in part one, she walked us through uh the brain program she built and gave us a tour of tools that uh sound like science fiction, in my opinion, um, including an adjustment she does through the nose. Don't quickly try it, right, Dr. Ange? But go back and and and listen if you if you missed it. So this path gets practical. Uh neuropathy, nutrition, um, and if you've ever been told uh there's nothing more we can do, this is the part I want you to lean in uh into with uh for Dr. Ange uh is gonna just she's gonna walk us through all this stuff. So let's keep going. So we never once said the word neuropathy last time, maybe you did actually, but like glazed over it. And I think that's a miss. I think that's a miss because it's one of those conditions people usually hear about right before a doctor says, let's just manage your symptoms.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like let's start simple, right? Someone has neuropathy, uh, they're dealing with that. What's actually going on uh in the body?
SPEAKER_01As far as symptom-wise, yeah, like what's happening?
SPEAKER_02What are they going through?
SPEAKER_01Well, it dep, you know, I've seen it where it could be just a foot pain. Okay, it can be a leg pain, it can be tingling. They realize they don't feel their feet. Interesting, they can be tripping. And they're tripping because they actually can't feel their feet, but they don't realize it yet. I don't know that they're delayed, more that they're either not firing or maybe uh it just can't reach it. I mean, in the most easiest statement I could make, right?
SPEAKER_02Like, yeah, of course. Yeah. Try to dumb it down for me. Yeah, I get it. Fine. But yeah, okay, I think I think I understand it.
SPEAKER_01I think it's let's say it's not firing, right? It's like when your hand goes numb, right? Like, or you're sitting on your foot, your foot goes numb, right?
SPEAKER_04Like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01You know, um, and but but then they're like that on a regular basis. So it increases it's and it here's the fascinating thing about uh the human body, there's never an always, right? So I could say, oh, clients feel no, they may not feel it at night, they may feel it during the day, they may, everyone's different, right?
SPEAKER_03Gotcha.
SPEAKER_01And so um in with with everybody being a little bit different, it's just okay, let's see. Can you feel your feet? So that it is common how they produ how they show up in the office is the um the tingling or the nut, or they don't uh really they don't realize it. Sometimes I'll I'll just we have a we have a tester thing, they put their feet, can you feel this? And then we measure where it is, and if it's a high number, we just start treatment on it. Because it won't hurt, right? Like that's the key.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Um, I did, I did come across a fact, which again you can kind of help me out with this, whether it's true or not, or maybe you don't know. I don't know, but um, I read that um more than I'm gonna get this right, 20 million Americans, I think, are estimated to have some some form of kind of peripheral uh neuropathy, and and then it climbs to roughly like eight percent in older age groups. Yeah, it's crazy. I read it, I'm like, there's no way, but I I I think I read it in NI NIH. Um, and it's and it's widely underdiagnosed, like widely underdiagnosed. So the real number is probably higher, and a lot of people have it and have never had it named either. So it's a thing. I can't wait.
SPEAKER_01It's early early on when I started seeing it, and or even years ago, I would say, like it was it was typically just with diabetes, right? Like, um, that's where you where we learn in school when I remember learning about diabetic neuropathy, right? Like, and that's where over time someone unfortunately will can lose their foot or their toes, or you know, right. So as I as I started seeing it without a diagnosis of diabetes, it kind of plays into the same, like that thought process of energy production. It's like if the body doesn't have enough nutrition or things that it needs or neurological conduct, maybe it starts pulling from the legs. Right? The same thought process, or the brain doesn't have enough to send the signals to the. I don't know. Um, and and I wouldn't even know how you would test that, nor that's not really I'm I'm more of a let's see if the theory works versus how. Like, you know, or why is it acting like this? I don't know, but it is. Let's see if we can help it, you know.
SPEAKER_02Right, that makes sense. Tell tell me a little bit more about the I think you mentioned it already, the neuropathy rebuilder. How do you how do you wake up a nerve that's basically gone quiet?
SPEAKER_01Well, it has um my understanding is it is the same frequency that the brain perceives pain, and it also works on blood flow and muscle. And so the only reason I have this tool in my office is because when Dr. uh Charlene Gaday uh treated me with my concussion, she put me in the rebuilder to try to calm my brain.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01Now, later on told me I was the first person she ever tried that on.
SPEAKER_02Thanks. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, it what's funny is I didn't know that, and so many people had benefited from her trying it because I was doing it, you know. So she did that when I got home. I ordered one, but then I realized, you know, oh, it's for it's for neuropathy. Let's try this, right? And so then that led into me treating clients with neuropathy because they just kept showing up, yeah. Right. So they just they put their feet in water, you drop electrodes in, which sounds completely like something dangerous, yeah. Yeah, it is not, it's a nine-volt battery, yeah. Yeah, and um, you just take them to right below pain level, so it's a comfort, it's not uncomfortable treatment at all, right? Like, and then it just over time they tend to start waking up. Does it work every time? No, because you have to address is there a nutritional problem, you know, is there is there other neurological challenges, right? Like things like that at the same time. So then what we typically do is we'll do them the rebuilder, but I have to say I've seen it help more than I see it not help, sure, right? And then we'll lay too, right? Increase to increase the energy of the of the legs and the feet.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Is there is there a realistic kind of expectation or uh timeline? Like, where is the honest line between kind of I don't know, real hope or overpromising? Because I know you're careful about that stuff.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, you know, it's so it there is no realistic. I mean, it's like have they had it for two months or has it been 20 years, right? Like I've seen people get out and take a take a walk and they're like, I need one of those at home, right? You know, that's sometimes that's how fast it works, you know, and that doesn't mean it's completely gone, right? Like it just means they can tell there were sensations that there weren't before, and and other times it can take a dozen or so, and if we see nothing, we see not you know, we tr we try, you know, but at the same time, there's also the clients that we as they age, we're trying to keep them where they are and it not let it get any worse.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. No, good answer. I love that.
SPEAKER_01Thank you.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so almost, I mean, uh, and this is just me outsider looking in. I don't know this stuff the way you guys do, but almost everyone with neuropathy has already been told uh like nothing more can be done, right? How do you rebuild trust with someone who's you know who heard like learn to live with it from like three different doctors?
SPEAKER_01Do you remember me telling you that a doctor told me to get used to new normals?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, absolutely.
SPEAKER_01I I I have I have so much faith in the human body and so much belief system and neurology in how it works.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_01Like um, mine is so strong in my experience in chiropractic and and the natural healing of the body that I think that it comes out of my pores when I tell clients, let's try this. I have no way, like the only thing we have is hope, right?
SPEAKER_02And I and there's science behind it too, right?
SPEAKER_01Oh, there's a ton of no, that's that's what I mean. Like we have to keep throwing things at it for sure, right? Like because the body, the right combination, can the body heal itself? Well, it does. We cut, we heal. How do we figure out how to get this to work again?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, right. If if you there's a lot of science about it for sure. If but if you if you had to put a number or a percentage of the neuropathy cases that you see, like and and those that could have been caught years earlier, and kind of what were the early signs everybody wrote off, kind of thing, like what would be that percentage?
SPEAKER_01There was a lot of details in that sentence. I have no idea.
SPEAKER_02So what per let's let's break it down. Give me a percentage, if you can, of neuropathy cases you could have caught, like that you that you've seen that could have been caught earlier.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's a great uh honestly. I I'm not sure. Right? Like, because who knows what the presentation was 10 years ago or did they have, right? Like testing the feet wouldn't be a a normal process, you know. So um I and and bec the tough part is is because so many people present differently, you know. I don't know that it's a a miss in diagnosis, you know, because I don't even know how you would screen for that.
SPEAKER_02Okay, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'm sorry, I don't have the kid.
SPEAKER_02No, that's fine, but yeah, would you be able to like tell us what the early signs people could have written off were?
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah. Um some tingling in the feet or uncomfortableness at night in the in the legs or the feet, right? Um, and not the restless leg.
SPEAKER_02That's I was just gonna ask that because I get that sometimes.
SPEAKER_01And I don't know if I and I'm not sure if that is an early sign of that or is that as more mineral, or like sometimes it's a mineral deficiency. Can that lead to neuropathy? I'm not sure.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_01Um, but that that numbness or or my socks feel different on one foot versus the other, things like that.
SPEAKER_02Okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um, one client came to see me because at night when she sat on the couch, she could just her her legs felt weird. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Interesting. Okay. All right. Well, quick pause to pay a different bill this time. And this one's uh close to home because it's uh one of Pure Technology Consulting's uh Proud Proud products. So our AI SEO package uh over at seo.puertechconsult.com. Go check it out. But here's the problem it solves AI Local Boost. We talked about we talk about all the time, um, that we mentioned uh in part one of this episode, which if you haven't caught that, stop right here, go watch it, remember the time that you're at, and come back here and go. All right, but what what AI Local Boost does, it keeps your Google uh profile sharp so you show up on the map. But when somebody actually searches, like chiropractor near me or uh neuropathy help in my town or whatever, whatever it is that you do, uh, there's a a second race happening. The search results themselves, uh, your website, and that race, as we all know, is SEO. And what business owners know, or yeah, they're they're losing it, unfortunately. Um, they just don't have the time or the patience to fix it because Google is all over the map, no pun intended. But that is actually what our AI SEO package does. We put AI to work, climbing the search results for local practices, small businesses. Um, you get found by the people already looking for you. And it's a great coupling uh of products, but without you having to learn what a backlink is or lie awake wondering why the competitor down the street keeps you uh outranked, unfortunately. But you are great at your work. We make sure the internet can actually find it. That's SEO.pureTechconsult.com. Okay, back to Dr. Ange. I know I hate doing that too, but I gotta pay the bills, guys. Sorry. All right, last time you closed our whole conversation with a line I genuinely, genuinely have not been able to shake. Okay. And and I asked you for one non-negotiable truth about healing, and you said, word for word, you cannot be healthy and poison yourself. And I and I think I I lost my tongue in that moment. And then we ran out of time. So I brought it back, and because that sentence deserved a whole segment, not a mic drop on the way out. Let's start here. Uh, where do most people poison themselves without even realizing it?
SPEAKER_01It could, well, let's start with our food, right? Like, um, you know, it can be in the well, this the soda, the soda that's drink, right? Like, I mean, you know, it it's it's soda, it's it's alcohol, it's the sugary coffee, it's the processed food, the seed oil, right? Like, um, there's and they're little things, right? Like, um, I noticed uh there's a couple great, there's a couple great restaurants around me. Um, and I was busy, so I was eating out a lot, and my food was pretty similar. Like, if I would have, if I would have seen my food log, I would have said, Oh, you're doing good. I get that you're busy, all good. But then I caught up with myself a little bit and I pretty much designed the same meals that I was eating out at home, but I felt better. And I was like, Well, that's interesting. Why? Well, I wasn't using seed oil. Right. Um, my fish was always wild caught at home. I couldn't say what it was when I was out, right? I know that the the beef I eat is grass-fed to finish at home, right? So those little things made such a big difference.
SPEAKER_03Sure.
SPEAKER_01Right. Like yeah, the greens I was picking were organic, hopefully most often local, right? Like um, those little pieces, and they're little pieces can make a huge difference. And sometimes they're hidden. Like I've looked up some of the meal, the meal kits that clients get, and some of them have a ton of seed oil in them. You know, and like every meal.
SPEAKER_00Is your business invisible on Google? It's time to light up the map. With AI Local Boost, we turn your profile into a customer magnet that people can't miss. Dominate local search, rack up five-star reviews, and climb straight to the top of the map pack. SPEAKER_02Yeah, I went through an eight-week program with uh my chiropractor, uh Dr. Juan, and he's just kind of trying to help me reset the way I think about food, first of all, and then of course to bring my weight down in a healthy way. But that was one of those things is no seed oils. And we, you know, we stuck to either olive oil, um, and avocado oil, things like that. No, none none of the the junk out there. Um, but yeah, no, I get that. I get that. What but what does let's talk about what a nutrition do you do you do nutrition consultations at your I do. I do what is what does that look like?
SPEAKER_01A lot of gentle hand holding. Um, you know, and it looks first uh I want to see is our clients eating enough? Because sometimes they're just not eating enough, right? And are they eating enough of the good things? So how do we incorporate um I I think it was James Chestnut talked about that when I did my wellness certification that let's look at making sure they're getting enough of the good stuff, and as you feed yourself the good stuff, the bad stuff easily goes away or easier, right? Like, you know, because if I'm eating more greens, then I'm not, you know, maybe I won't go for the processed food. For for me, that's not eating the processed food is actually pretty easy, but that's been years in the making, right? This has been a long journey of my nutrition and what I've learned, like everything else, that I've passed on to uh to my clients. Okay, so it's baby step process, it's a baby, baby step, baby step process.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I did, I think I read somewhere, and correct me if I'm wrong, that you do a test of omega ratios. That's one of the things. So I read something, and I don't I don't have any idea what it means. So I'm gonna tell you the fact, what I read, and I need you to help me understand what that is and help the listeners understand what that is. But from my understanding, it's it's it's like a wild one. Like there's um there's research that estimates that us humans evolved eating roughly like one to one ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fats, and like the modern western diet is now around 15 to 1. Um, some even higher. But I don't know what I mean. I I I did read that the imbalance is tied to inflammation, blah blah blah, list of chronic diseases, but I don't really understand what that is.
SPEAKER_01So I have seen up to like 58 to 1.
SPEAKER_02Oh holy mess.
SPEAKER_01That is a brain on fire.
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_01Right. And so now the reason I do, I mean, I do the omega is because it it shows inflammatory processes throughout the whole body. But I started doing it more when I started uh working more with the brain. Because if the brain's on fire chemically, right, that inflamed, it is not it doesn't matter what we do, the right eye is not gonna help. Like it's just it won't change until that inflammation comes better into balance.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Right. So I've seen those numbers high um commonly with someone really struggling more.
SPEAKER_02What what do those numbers usually reveal? Like what, like what what changes when people actually fix them?
SPEAKER_01They can think better, right? Their brain will process better, their pain goes down. That's one of the reasons. Like, if I'm treating a uh just a strictly chiropractic client, and they're just again, not kind of not stabilizing, pain's not changing as much as we would expect it to at that time. You know, I may do the the omegas. Uh like last week had a client come in with terrible chronic pain for years. So I'm like, let's start there. That way, if she's really inflamed, then we know we have to work on that too, instead of trying to get her body to balance first. Um, it is extreme, it is fascinating. I'm it's it's bad enough that I'm surprised when I do the test and someone comes back normal that we haven't already been treating.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah. You you also said, and I love this, that we poison ourselves with our thoughts too. What does mental junk food look like? And that's a good line.
SPEAKER_01I like it.
SPEAKER_02I I did. What's the what's the what's the detox?
SPEAKER_01Uh positive affirmations.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01Right? Like, and and and they can be so gentle, you know, um, they don't have to be, they don't have to be huge, but so gentle in listening to do you say nice things to yourself or do you say mean things to yourself, right? Like, because either way you're listening. Yeah. You know, that that quote, if you think you can or think you can't, either way you're right. Right?
SPEAKER_03Like I do, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And so I explain it to clients that um, you know, we have 50 trillion bits of information go to our brain every second. 50 are conscious, everything else happens unconsciously. So, in my understanding is that whatever those 50, those 50 most important things going on in your world, they say, they create, they visualize, they look at, the unconscious goes to create it, right? Like, so if you say, I don't feel good over and over and over again, your unconscious may be like, Well, you should feel good, but okay, you don't, so here you go.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_01It's kind of against your body, and our senses have to tell it, yeah, what's going on outside. It's the same thing. Our thoughts, you know, do we see the uh the sunny. Side of the street or the cloudy side.
SPEAKER_02I had that conversation with my kids yesterday. We were uh we were in the car for a few hours and we were talking about that. That came up. And I'm like, if you know, if you keep saying you're tired, you're gonna continue to be tired. But if you tell yourself that you're not, um, you're you're gonna almost inadvertently do things to give you the energy that you need. You're gonna sleep earlier, wake up, you know, refreshed. You're gonna, you know, if if you say, I'm too tired, I don't want to go to the gym, then you're not gonna go to the gym. But if you force yourself to get to the gym, well, then you're gonna release these endorphins that are gonna give you this, like in all these things, it's like a chain reaction if you just tell yourself what to do versus allowing your brain to say, take the easy road or the easy route. You you get this traffic jam in your brain and you just don't want to process it, you just go the easy route, right? There's like a roundabout way instead of kind of waiting and getting through it the hard way. Um, yeah, it's like it's it's a life changer. It's a life changer for me, too. Um, I don't know if I've ever shared with you, I was a I was a big boy, I was like 325 pounds at my heaviest. I was a I was a big guy. I had like a my head was like like this. Like it was it's crazy. Um, but when I when I kind of switched that, you know, told myself that's not who I am. That's a result of the decisions that I made, the food that I was eating, that the lack of exercise, whatever, um, that's when it shifted. So yeah, 100%.
SPEAKER_01You know, and I you know, I've read they they talk about that toxic positivity, right? Like, and and there are always the thoughts and the work that we have to dig deeper into to figure out how to how do we change that thought or how do we help that heal. I mean, but those simple thoughts is you know, like make such a big difference. Just this is the baby steps, right? Like, like you're saying, that's not who I am, right? But knowing that, that's a big deal.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And I I watch Salvatore, right? Because um, you know, he's a perfect guy in a lot of ways. And uh, you know, how much joy it brings him just to go to the park, right? That that simplicity of how much joy he gets.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I I um one one of the things you said you said it's the simple things or the little decisions and whatnot. Uh, one thing I would recommend for anybody listening, there's a book called Atomic Habits. Um, it's a well, James Cleary, I believe his name is. Change my life. Change my life. Um, the two-minute rule was one of the biggest things that I that I that I use to change my life, but it's it it'll work. Oh read it, try it, trust me. Anyway, um, and click the link below because I will get no, I'm just kidding. There's no there's no link.
SPEAKER_01I haven't read that yet. What is the two-minute rule? It's on my list.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so so the two-minute rule is pretty much dumbing down anything that you're trying to do down to that you could do it in two minutes. So let's take the gym, for example. The gym for me technically will take me about 12 to 15 minutes to get to my gym, another 45 minutes to an hour at the gym, and another 15 minutes back uh to my house. That's a long time for me to think about, right? But the two-minute rule says, okay, what can I do in two minutes to get me there? Right. So you dumb down the whole thing. Well, I need an outfit, I need to get up on time, etc., and so on. So if I can do those things in under two minutes, it's going to prep my mind for the next big thing. Um, yeah. So, and it's uh it's a little bit more than that. I'm trying to get you know, squeezed it into this quick uh explanation, but I'm telling you, the way he describes it, he even has like worksheets and whatnot. Um, but it's it's really good. It changes, it changes your mindset in into instead of feeling all this overwhelm of trying to create this new habit, um, almost like I I've even taken like if you saw my office two, three years ago, it was a mess. Like you couldn't see my desk. Why? Because I would just just let things pile up because it was overwhelming for me to take action into cleaning up the mess. But if I I dumbed it down to two minutes, I took two minutes and I worked on a pile. The next day I took another two minutes and I worked on a pile, and eventually it was easy to keep up with, and it's the same thing, right? Eventually, if I if I spent 20 minutes, it wasn't a problem because I got used to doing it, and it's the same thing with every habit um that we're trying to form or break. So it's pretty cool.
SPEAKER_01That's great. That's a great explanation of it, too.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's pretty cool. Check it out, atomic habits, really good. All right, so I know we got we got sidetracked a little bit, but I did want to ask a question, um, and then we'll probably end it here. But um, I wanted to ask you, and it's a new nutrition is nutrition question, really, um, because I I know what I would answer here, but if you could ban one thing from the average American kitchen um and add one thing, what are they and why those two?
SPEAKER_01Can I ban it from the kitchen or ban it from the the ground?
SPEAKER_02From the kitchen.
SPEAKER_01Okay, all right, all right. So we'll start at the kitchen. I'm torn between seed oil and artificial sweeteners.
SPEAKER_02We'll we'll we'll we'll throw artificial sweeteners and sh like processed sugar into one bucket. How about that?
SPEAKER_01But well, seed oil, right? The two oil.
SPEAKER_02Those are the two. Okay.
SPEAKER_01If those two I mean that by itself can make a huge difference because the seed oil leads to that 58 to 1 ratio.
SPEAKER_02That's crazy. Oh my god. Right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, cool. Yeah. Um thing like that. What's that?
SPEAKER_01Quality water.
SPEAKER_02Ah, what do you mean good quality water?
SPEAKER_01Just like filtered or uh I mean just you know, nutrition, like you know, does our water have? I mean, I don't know that every uh, you know, filtration place does a good enough job to make sure there's still the good minerals in it and things like that. That is that is not a rabbit hole I'm ready to drive dive into yet. Um, but just that people would uh, you know, every household would drink enough water to be more hydrated.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, water is key, 100%. Yeah. Um, all right. So before I let you go, a few quick ones to send us out. Last time, uh, your closing truth was you cannot be healthy and poison yourself. So uh give me a fresh one. After after everything we covered today, the tools, the food, the the brains. Uh, give me this episode's one non-negotiable truth about the brain.
SPEAKER_01You are what you think.
SPEAKER_02All right. Love it. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Bring him in. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Excuse me, hold on. Okay, you're on the screen.
SPEAKER_02Uh everybody, this is Salvatore. He keeps the office running smoothly, from what I heard. He needs a pay raise.
SPEAKER_01Happiness officer.
SPEAKER_02I love it. I love it. I love it. My editor, by the way, loves dogs, so she's probably gonna want a little bit more screen time than I'm Salvatore. So I I apologize uh for not doing that. But um, all right, so two more questions for you. If a if a listener does exactly one thing for their brain this week, what should it be? Get some sunshine, get out there, folks. Yeah, love.
SPEAKER_01First thing, like, first thing before you look at your phone or any, you know, go outside.
SPEAKER_02That phone. Yes, yeah, I'm with you on that. And then finish this sentence. The future of chiropractic is brain health. Nice. I've had I've had a thought about what you would say. Um I I I think I thought it would was gonna be something with brain, so brain health. I like it. Yeah, all right.
SPEAKER_01Uh what I would love yeah is the future of chiropractic is uh leading health care.
SPEAKER_02I I believe it will be. Uh, I think it should be, if I'm being honest.
SPEAKER_01Um I said healthcare though, not sick care.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, a hundred percent. Yeah, yeah. I think we have one of the best kind of acute care, like when it comes to somebody's arm falling off and they have to reattach it in the world, right? But but but yeah, I'm I'm a hundred percent with you on that. I feel like if we manage um the chiropractic care that we need on a regular basis and go get adjusted and see a chiropractor throughout our life, we're gonna have a longer life, we're gonna have a healthier life, we're gonna be able to move better when we're in our 80s and so on, because it all stems from our neck, from our spine, from our nerves. Like it's all like how we mistreat that part of our back here, like that part of our bodies is insane. Um, but if we take care of it properly, I think, yeah, 100% agree with you. Yeah, for sure. Well, Dr. Ange, thank you. Uh round one was your story, round two and three was your work, and I think a lot of people needed to hear that. Um uh there's more on the table than just kind of just manage it, right? So, for everybody listening, if you want to find Dr. Ange, it's Prairie Village Chiropractic in Prairie Village, Kansas. And everything, the website, the phone number, the socials uh is going to be in the description, wherever you're listening or watching. Um, and uh just a big thanks to you, Dr. Ange. Like it just your your your knowledge is is always uh it always impresses me. Um, and just really, really thank you for taking the time out of your busy, busy day to to be with us here and give us uh all the information that you did.
SPEAKER_01Thank you.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. Absolutely. And if this episode gave you something to think about, send it to somebody who needs it. I mean, it's literally just a click away. So uh if it did not, send it to them anyway and tell them I made you. So until next time, keep adjusting your spine, your story, your spirit, and I will see you in the next one.
